The form for submissions at the bottom of this page is available only to registered and approved users. If you would like to register for the contest, please go to REGISTRATIONS.

The submission form asks you to supply quite a bit of information about your project. It may help to review the print-only version of the submission form (click the image for a printable PDF).

Each company may submit up to a maximum of two projects.
